Brooks Stephenson has over 30 years of construction experience. This knowledge ensures that your home inspection not only meets the requirements of your lender, it will also give you peace of mind when purchasing a home. Our inspection process includes several hours of on-site inspection. You’ll receive a full home inspection report on completion for both you and your lender.

A Little About Brooks

Native North Carolinian, Brooks Stephenson has generational ties to Wake County, where he was born the third child of an established home builder.

Brooks earned his General Contractor’s license at age nineteen while attending NC State University. His ownership in a lucrative construction company for twenty-years and his work as a Code Enforcement Officer for the fast-growing towns of Apex and Holly Springs, NC have given him a rich background. Brooks is licensed by the NC Department of Insurance as a Home Inspector, certified in the required disciplines of Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Building. He is a member of Inspector Nation.
